A Practical AI Session for Blue Collar and Service Businesses
Most service business owners have seen posts online about running a whole business with a team of AI agents. Plenty have tried ChatGPT a few times, too. Maybe they've even dabbled with Claude Code or a personal agent, like Muse. Many eventually stall out, get overwhelmed, or try to do everything at once.
This night is about small wins that add up. We'll talk about how operators can improve their business one step at a time, like picking one manual workflow, automating it, and measuring whether it paid off. That might be speed to lead, review requests, job costing or an after hours voice agent. Start with whichever one is costing you the most, in dollars or time.
Tyler Wallace owns a portfolio of service businesses and manages Caboodle Home Solutions. He and Thomas Hester run them together, and everything you'll see on the TV came out of those businesses. Thomas will demo two tools they've built: one ambitious, and one simple enough to set up next week.
In between, Tyler and Drew Burdick sit down for a fireside chat. They'll get into what AI actually is (a lot of what operators need is plain automation), what's working for service businesses right now, where a beginner should start, and how to cut the busywork without your customers feeling like they're talking to a robot.
The last part is yours. Bring a real problem from your business, and we'll brainstorm, live, how to solve it with simple AI. If you'd rather not ask in front of the room, drop it in the question box at check in.
