WiGH: How flexible hydrogen production can strengthen project bankability and grid resilience
We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Women in Green Hydrogen networking event hosted by Flower. The evening will be filled with interesting presentations, interactive session, and plenty of time for networking over food and drinks. ✨
What we will explore
The growing share of intermittent electricity generation increases the need for flexible resources to maintain grid stability. Operating electrolysers flexibly can support the grid, reduce hydrogen production costs, and unlock new revenue streams through participation in ancillary service markets - ultimately enhancing the bankability of hydrogen projects.
This event will provide an overview of the Swedish balancing market and the growing need for flexible resources to support grid stability. It will further explore how electrolysers can be used as flexible assets, highlighting both the opportunities and the challenges.
Speakers
Anna Jäderström - Head of Balancing Markets, Svenska Kraftnät
Staffan Sandblom - Director P2X Business and Project Development, Fortum
Hanna Langels - Business Developer Hydrogen, Flower
