About Event

Join fellow product founders to share lessons you have lived that fellow founders may find useful, and also to receive ideas, critiques/challenges and new ideas from talking to smart people.

Being a founder, especially in the AI and tech space, comes with unique pressures: intense decision-making, constant context-switching, emotional isolation, and the invisible weight of carrying vision, team, and capital all at once.

Whether you're thriving, barely holding it together, or somewhere in between, you’re welcome here.

July 14 Topic: Loneliness at the Top

Focus on:

  • The Hidden Loneliness of Leadership – Why founders often feel isolated, even when they're constantly surrounded by people.

  • Building Genuine Connection Beyond Networking – Moving from transactional relationships to authentic support.

  • From Isolation to Support – Practical tools and habits that help founders create lasting connection and resilience.

Who it's for:
This meetup is a space for tech product founders to drop the pitch, remove the pressure, and connect on a human level.
*This event is not open to service providers.

Join New Tech Northwest Founder Brett Greene, PCC, executive coach and mental health advocate for founders, for a facilitated conversation focused on the emotional and psychological challenges of entrepreneurship.

This is not a panel or a lecture, it's a confidential, founder-only circle designed to foster open dialogue, reflection, and peer connection. You're not alone in your founder challenges.

What to expect:

  • A safe, confidential environment for honest conversations

  • Facilitated group prompts focused on emotional resilience, identity, effectiveness, and overwhelm

  • Peer insight and shared experiences from others walking the same path

  • Opportunities to build friendships with fellow founders

Agenda:
12:45pm - Check in and networking. Arrive early and allow time to find parking and walk to the venue.

1:00pm - Welcome guests and dive into today's topic. You'll be in a group of 3-4 founders to talk about the topic or a hot topic for you around founder life for 20-30 mins. Then you'll rotate into a new group of 3-4 people for another 20-30 mins.

Space is limited to maintain intimacy and depth.

RSVP required. This event is for tech product founders only to create a quality peer support experience. Thank you for understanding.

"After meeting with Brett at his group session for the first time I was blown away by how helpful it was for my mental well being. I've struggled with discussing my stressors with traditional therapists, who while well intentioned, generally lack the context required to really dig in to conversations around startup stress, and thus help me work through it. After 45 minutes sharing and listening to other founders with Brett, I felt immediate stress relief and can't wait for the next opportunity to do it again."
- Tony V, AI Startup Founder
