​The Scaling Founder Happy Hour is a small, informal gathering for founders navigating that messy middle - when the business is gaining traction, but the way you've always operated isn't necessarily built for where you're headed next.

​We'll compare notes, share what's working (and what definitely isn't), and learn from other people navigating similar growing pains. No panel. No presentation. No awkward pitching. Just good drinks, smart founders, and an honest conversation about what happens when your business starts growing up.

​This gathering is particularly designed for founders of growing tech, software, AI and tech-enabled businesses, with a focus on creating more space for women founders around the table.
