We're bringing the Helsinki People Professionals communities together to write our own white paper on how humans and AI will share the people side of work by 2030.
The document will be built entirely from what's discussed, and we want your view in it!
It starts with a 30-minute workshop. Across hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding, you'll have your say on what stays human and where AI will land. We'll have some food and networking, then a panel digs into what the room said.
You'll see how your view compares with peers, then you'll leave with the session's results and a file you can load into your own AI assistant. If you want, your name goes in the credits of the final whitepaper.
