Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just curious about community building, this is your chance to connect, share stories, and celebrate.

Join us for an afternoon filled with great conversations, new connections, and a little bit of community magic. Together, let’s celebrate the work we love and the people who make it possible. ✨
🟠🟣 Dress code (optional but fun!): add a splash of orange and purple — a scarf, socks, hat, or even a full outfit. Just a playful nod to the CMAD spirit!
Event Agenda:
12:00–13:00: Arrivals + Check-in + Lunch Networking
Light lunch and casual networking as people arrive.
13:00–14:00: Interactive Workshop with Francisco
A practical session with short exercises and prompts. People will reflect, share in pairs, and contribute ideas as we go.
14:00–16:00: Unconference – Attendee-led Discussions
Attendees propose discussion topics on the spot. We group the topics. Then everyone joins the conversation they care about most.
The format is simple:
• Pick a topic.
• Join a circle.
• Share challenges, patterns, and what’s working.
• Move to another discussion if a different one feels more useful.
16:00–16:30: Certificates + Recognition
A short moment to recognise contributions and celebrate attendees.
16:30–17:00: Final Snacks + Networking
Wrap-up chats, connections, and goodbyes.
17:00: Close
