About Quietly
Quietly is a mental health platform built for India. Many people here feel something is wrong long before they can name it, and when they do seek help, the GP, physio, nutritionist and therapist each see only part of the picture. Quietly joins that care together. At its centre is Ira, an AI companion that speaks English, Hindi, or a mix of both. Ira is paired with a private journal, 324 psychoeducation lessons and 103 exercises. Behind her is a network of peer buddies, therapists, physiotherapists, nutritionists and doctors. With the user's consent, they all work from one shared picture of the person. Quietly is DPIIT-registered and has been live since March 2026.
Aditi Bajpai, Co-founder & CEO
Aditi is a psychologist, anthropologist and developer, with formal training in psychology, anthropology and philosophy. She is the sole developer of the Quietly platform and all its AI systems. She also designs its clinical frameworks and Ira's therapeutic architecture. Her eight years of experience span psychology, corporate work and human support, and they shape Quietly's belief that care should be built around how Indians actually live and feel.
Anmol Sonkar, Co-founder, COO & CFO
Anmol is a serial entrepreneur with ten years of experience building ventures across QSR, finance and startups. He was part of Oye Dabba, which exited at a profit, and he founded Vyoma Ventures. At Quietly he leads operations, financial governance and practitioner relations. He is building the company from lived experience of the pressure that often sits behind outward success.
Kolli Durga Prasad, Co-founder, Director, Legal & Compliance
Durga Prasad is an auditor and an advocate at the Andhra Pradesh High Court. He has five years of experience across accounts, finance and taxation. He specialises in mental health compliance frameworks and regulatory structures, and he leads Quietly's legal compliance and regulatory work. He also advises organisations on meeting their legal obligations.
The older deck lists Anmol as CFO, while the newer one-pager lists him as COO & CFO. I used the newer title, so confirm which one they want before this goes live.
