Builder Sprint: Toronto
Builders, founders, and engineers are invited to join a week-long build sprint leading into Toronto Tech Week. Hosted by Highline Beta and powered by BuilderBase, teams will tackle real challenges from industry partners, build working prototypes, and present their solutions at a live demo and awards event kicking off TTW.
Participants will choose from challenge tracks created by industry partners across areas such as AI, fintech, and emerging technologies. Each partner will provide a real-world problem statement, datasets or APIs, and mentorship throughout the sprint.
The week will begin with a kickoff session where partners introduce their challenges and teams form. Builders will then spend several days developing solutions with optional mentor support and workshops.
The sprint will culminate on the first day of Toronto Tech Week with a live demo and awards event at Highline Hub (372 Bay Street) where finalist teams will present their projects to a panel of judges and the broader ecosystem.
