About Event

PT1 & Future Energy Ventures, together with the Bundesverband Energiespeicher Systeme (BVES), are pleased to invite you to the next Roundtable of our Energy Transition Series – this time with a focus on "Electrification of Transportation: Powering Commercial and Heavy-Duty Fleets"

During this roundtable, we will explore pressing questions and emerging strategies, including:

  • How can charging infrastructure scale fast enough to meet the electrification needs of heavy and commercial fleets?

  • What role do grid flexibility, energy storage, and smart charging play in enabling fleet electrification?

  • Which business models and investment structures will drive economically viable high-power charging networks?

  • How can regulation, industry, and capital markets align to accelerate deployment across logistics corridors and hubs?

This roundtable continues our working group series aimed at uniting key stakeholders across the energy sector. The goal is to elevate the strategic role of green energy assets, foster knowledge-sharing networks, and develop joint insights and position papers to accelerate the transition to a flexible, decarbonized grid.

To ensure a deep and interactive exchange, participation will be limited.

Participants will include representatives from regulatory bodies, industry associations, energy market operators, start-ups, and the investor ecosystem (venture capital, infrastructure, private equity, and beyond).
