Blue Ridge Mountains Retreat
About This Retreat
This October, join Coastal Alchemy in the Blue Ridge Mountains for an intimate weekend designed around belonging.
Imagine crisp mountain mornings with a warm cup of coffee, leaves beginning to change, evenings gathered around the campfire, and the kind of conversations that remind you how good it feels to be surrounded by women who genuinely want to get to know one another.
Over three days, we'll slow down, explore nature, share nourishing meals, move our bodies, create together, and leave with friendships that extend far beyond the weekend.
Space is intentionally limited, creating room for every guest to feel seen, known, and welcomed.
Why We Created This Weekend
Some of the most meaningful friendships are built through shared experiences, yet as adults, those opportunities become increasingly rare.
That's why we created a weekend where connection can happen naturally around a dinner table, on a mountain trail, over coffee, or beside a campfire beneath the stars.
Between careers, families, responsibilities, and everyday life, you deserve a community that makes it easy to slow down, show up as yourself, and simply enjoy good company.

Meet Your Hosts
Lindsay
Lindsay is the founder of Coastal Alchemy and a certified yoga teacher who believes meaningful relationships are built through thoughtfully curated experiences. For years, she's been bringing women together through community events designed to make connection feel natural, welcoming, and fun. Throughout the weekend, Lindsay will guide yoga practices while creating space for genuine conversations, shared experiences, and the kind of belonging that stays with you long after the retreat ends.
Madison
Madison is a certified Forest Therapy Guide with a gift for helping people slow down, reconnect with nature, and rediscover wonder in the seemingly ordinary. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, creativity, and authentic connection, bringing a thoughtful, grounded presence to the weekend's nature experiences.
Together, we've designed a weekend that blends adventure, rest, and meaningful connection.
Extend Your Mountain Getaway
While the retreat officially concludes Saturday afternoon, we'd love to keep the weekend going.
For anyone interested, we'll organize an optional Saturday evening in downtown Asheville, including hotel recommendations (or a group hotel block if there's enough interest) and a group dinner so we can continue exploring, connecting, and enjoying one of our favorite cities together.
Whether you head home after the retreat or turn it into a long weekend, October is one of the most beautiful times of year to experience North Carolina.
Transportation
Flying
We recommend flying into Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), located approximately 35–45 minutes from the retreat property. American Airlines offers nonstop service from Philadelphia (PHL), making it the easiest option for many of our Mid-Atlantic guests.
If Asheville doesn't offer the best schedule or fare from your home airport, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is an excellent alternative, located approximately 2 hours from the retreat with numerous nonstop flights from both Philadelphia (PHL), Baltimore/Washington (BWI) and other international airports.
About a month before the retreat, we'll create a private guest group where attendees can coordinate carpools and airport rides if they'd like to share transportation. Rental cars are also available at both airports.
Flights and rental cars are not included in your retreat package.
Please wait to book your flights until your retreat registration has been confirmed.
Travel Tip: We recommend using Google Flights to compare fares and set price alerts for the best deals.
Driving
The retreat is located in Old Fort, NC, approximately 45 minutes from downtown Asheville. Complimentary parking is available for all guests.
Approximate drive times:
Asheville, NC – 45 minutes
Charlotte, NC – 2 hours
Wilmington, DE – 9-10 hours
Driving from the same area? We'll be happy to connect guests who are interested in coordinating a carpool.
