Urban birdwatching walk: co‑investing in LatAm

​Join us for an urban birdwatching walk bringing together VCs and founders during Bogotá Tech Week.

​InGenerate VC will host this relaxed Saturday session in Simon Bolívar Park, one of Bogotá’s classic urban birding spots, combining a two‑hour walk through wetlands and trails with open conversation about co‑investing in LatAm. There will be no stage, formal presentations, or pitch agenda. The goal is simple: enjoy nature together, look for local and migratory birds, and build meaningful connections between investors and startups while we walk.

​Who should attend: This walk is for VCs and founders who want a quieter space to talk about deals, fundraising and collaboration, and who are curious about Colombia’s birdlife and natural ecosystems. It’s a good fit if you are already active in LatAm or exploring the region and would like to meet peers in a different setting than panels and mixers.

​We’ll briefly introduce InGenerate VC, a Delaware‑registered co‑investment syndicate investing in Seed, Post‑Seed and Series A startups across LATAM, with a focus on fintech, healthtech, proptech and other tech verticals where co‑investment and follow‑on capital into the US and Europe can create strong outcomes. But the emphasis will stay on informal conversation rather than structured presentations.

​Format: This is a networking walk — not a tour with slides or a pitch event. Come prepared to share what you’re working on, how you think about co‑investing and the LatAm ecosystem, and what kind of collaborations you’re looking for, while we move through the park together.

​Practical details: Please wear comfortable shoes suitable for park trails and bring a camera with a longer lens or binoculars if you have them. The organizer will bring a few monoculars to share, but it’s best if each participant can bring their own optics
