Many of you know Compassion 2.0 for our mission: Scaling Compassion through the support of Compassionate human experience and its architecture in product and organizational design. Many of you have come to a C2 event. Compassion 2.0 has been honing in on greater clarity and focus of how to bring our mission to manifest in the world.
These past 7-8 months we have been very busy.
We have several new products, a new organizational development framework, new partnerships for our resonance measurements, a Chapter in a book being published in Q1 2027, 9 new Master Trainers, a revamp of our Mastermind community, built the very first Beta versions of our Flourishing.ly AI platform, a new structure for the Chief Flourishing Officer Learning Journey, and our entry into organizational change work with our new partnership in the discipline of brain capital.
Now we want to tell you about it and invite you to see if your participation in the ecosystem aligns.
Compassion 2.0 is building the architecture, products, and practices of organizational flourishing — and this is the first time the whole picture will be presented in one room, in one day. This convening is a top-to-bottom introduction and update for the people closest to the work: Master Trainers, Mastermind members, allies, and partners. You'll see the thinking, experience the practices, watch the technology run live, and leave knowing exactly where you fit in what comes next.
The Day
9:30 AM — Arrival & Welcome Connection, and a look at who's in the room — the people C2 wants building alongside it.
10:00 AM — The Times We're In & the Organizational Flourishing Construct Extraction versus generativity — and why organizations are the leverage point. Then the full architecture in one sitting: the autonomic nervous system as organizational substrate; the Y, X, and Z axes; the Container, the Invitation, and the Field. Finally, discussion on Organizational Metabolism, AI as the substrate, and the research into the ROI of Care.
11:30 AM — Product Review I: Flourishingly — Overview & Basis The High Performance Manager explanation followed by a live mind-training practice. Not a slide about the work; the work itself.
12:30 PM — Lunch On your own — many options in the nearby area.
1:30 PM — Product Review II: ROIC of Care The Discipline, the Diagnostic and the Dashboard: how care becomes measurable, transparent and investable, and what an organization sees when it looks. This is the basis for the design of Flourishing.
2:00 PM — Gratitude Dyad: Practice & Demo An experiential demonstration of C2's dyadic practice work. You will not watch this one from your seat.
2:30 PM — Z-Axis in the Wild: Live Demos of several of our Key Neuroscience and Social Science partners technology. Two live demonstrations of relational-coherence technology at the bleeding edge of what C2 is building.
3:15 PM — Going to Market: Organizational Laboratories C2 is building a cohort of 30 organizations for deep-dive Organizational Laboratories — applying Flourishing as a business construct inside real companies: the business case, the ROI, and the neuroscience underneath it. The first conversations are underway. This is not theory.
4:00 PM — How Do You Get Involved? Three pathways: Master Trainers, the Mastermind Community, and Business Partnerships. Concrete asks, real roles.
4:45 PM — Close & Next Steps Commitments and the next gathering.
