ABOUT:
Join us for an insightful discussion with Jason White, a seasoned compensation guru, as he delves into the latest compensation trends and strategies for 2023/2024. Jason will share his expertise on navigating the complex landscape of pay strategy, addressing critical questions such as fair pay practices, developing a compensation philosophy, and understanding emerging trends in compensation within the technology sector. There will be an Ask Me Anything portion of the session, so please come ready to ask your hottest compensation questions! 

BIO:
Jason White has over 30 years of experience helping clients develop compensation programs and strategies that drive company success.  As a Principal Compensation Consultant at OpenComp, Jason works mostly with venture-funded technology companies to design compensation programs aimed at attracting, retaining and motivating key talent.  Prior to OpenComp, Jason was a compensation consultant at Connery Consulting, working with clients on all aspects of compensation since the firm’s establishment in 2008.  Earlier in his career, Jason focused primarily on executive and board of directors compensation for the HR Consulting practices of Willis Towers Watson, Buck Consultants, and Sibson & Company.

Talent Collective is a community-based organization that empowers and connects women+ in the talent acquisition profession who identify as women or are non-binary. Our mission is to advance the careers and recruiting networks of our members through carefully curated in-person and virtual experiences. With over 300+ members globally, we have established local chapters in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, Denver, Seattle, and Toronto. In 2024, we plan to expand our reach with new chapters in New York, Austin, Chicago, Minnesota, and Australia.
