​🚀 Why this hackathon?

​このハッカソンは、YCが公表しているRequest for Startups（RFS） - Summer 2026に取り組むことで、YCが求める思考法・基準を1日で体感できるイベントです。

​架空の課題ではなく、世界の投資家や起業家が今まさに注目している領域に、グローバル基準で挑む経験を提供します。

​限られた時間の中で、重要な課題を見つけ、仮説を立て、プロダクトとして形にするその一連のプロセスを通じて、YCに挑戦するための第一歩を踏み出す場です。

​🔸 Y Combinator（YC）とは？

​Y Combinator は、競争を勝ち抜いたスタートアップ全社へ 50万ドル（約7,500万円） を出資し、実践的メンタリングと1万人規模の創業者ネットワークを提供する世界最高峰のアクセラレーターです。

​2005年以降、5,000社超に投資し、累計時価総額は約120兆円。
ユニコーン企業100社以上を輩出し、Airbnb、Stripe、Dropbox、Zapier、Coinbase、Deel など、世界的企業を多数生み出しています。

​💡 今回のテーマ - RFS Summer 2026

​YCが「今、最も市場機会がある」と考えるスタートアップ領域を公開しているリストが、Request for Startups（RFS）です。

​This hackathon is an event where you can experience the thinking and standards YC looks for by tackling the Request for Startups (RFS) - Summer 2026, published by YC, in one day.

​Instead of a hypothetical problem, we offer the experience of tackling an area that global investors and entrepreneurs are currently focusing on, by global standards.

​Within a limited time, identify an important problem, form a hypothesis, shape it into a product.

​Through this entire process, it is a place to take the first step towards challenging YC.

​🔸 What is Y Combinator (YC)?

​Y Combinator is the world’s leading accelerator, investing $500,000 (approximately ¥75 million) in each selected startup and providing practical mentoring and a network of over 10,000 founders.

​Since 2005, they have invested in over 5,000 companies with a cumulative market capitalization of approximately ¥120 trillion.

​They have produced over 100 unicorn companies, including many global giants like Airbnb, Stripe, Dropbox, Zapier, Coinbase, and Deel.
