The Dinner Table X Discussing Conscious Leadership
Conscious Leadership with Ana Gomes
Some evenings don't need a reason. They need the right people, a table, and enough trust to say what you actually think. This is one of those evenings.
THE ULTIMATE WHY
Because the most important leadership conversation you'll ever have is the one you have with yourself, and some tables make that possible.
We spend years learning how to lead others — managing teams, making decisions, building vision. But somewhere along the way, most of us quietly skip the harder question: who is actually doing the leading?
Conscious leadership isn't a framework or a methodology. It's a practice of radical honesty about what drives you — your fears, your values, your blind spots, and your deepest potential. It asks you to stop performing and start showing up.
This evening, we've designed a conversation menu — one question per course — to take you somewhere real.
Come with curiosity, come with openness, and allow yourself to step into the conversation fully.

Meet Your Expert Host: Ana Gomes
International speaker, author, and entrepreneur with 27 years of leading people and businesses. Ana has built and scaled companies — including a real estate career with over €600 million in sales — and arrived at the conclusion most leaders eventually reach: the outer work only goes as far as the inner work allows.
Today she mentors entrepreneurial women to lead from the inside out, speaks internationally on conscious leadership, and has developed her own methodology — the A.M.E. Method — around financial consciousness, expansion, and transformation. She is a seeker, a woman of causes, and someone who has lived the full arc from high performance to deep self-knowledge.
Her belief is simple: when we grow, our business grows. And she has the room to prove it.
