Tomorrow we're digging into something that hits all of us: how to create content consistently without becoming a slave to it.
Where we're headed:
Creating content at volume, without burning out. The trick isn't filming more, it's filming smart and getting a lot out of a little.
The publishing systems we use at the agency with our clients. The tools and flows that let you schedule and post without being glued to your phone every day.
Staying authoritative and looking professional even when you post a lot. Volume and quality aren't enemies if you have the right system.
Applying all of it to your personal brand as a founder, so you build presence without it feeling like a second job.
The goal: you walk out with things you can actually use. No burnout, no feeling like you're always chasing content.
The Format: Skillshare
This one runs as a Skillshare, one of Karisma's core connection formats: a member teaches what they're genuinely great at to a small group, then the room opens up into discussion.
A short, focused teach, then we dig in together. You leave with something you can use, and a few new people who work the way you do.

This skillshare is led by Victor Jaimes, founder of Peel, sharing the systems he uses to create content at volume without living inside his phone.
