The fear of public speaking and average communication skills are a thing. She'll learn how great speakers tell a story, then step up to give her own TEDx-style talk or take the mic for a podcast interview. The confidence stays long after the applause.

A makeup masterclass with Tammi Mayhew, one of Sydney's most decorated makeup artists, featuring ModelCo. Fresh, skin-first looks she'll actually wear, and the skills to do them herself.

Our Venue - Swamis Yoga Retreat
Before wellness was a hashtag, Swami Sarasvati was Australia's first TV yoga star. Her show ran through the '70s, and her philosophy was simple: if you can breathe, you can do yoga.
In 1983 she built her dream retreat in Kenthurst - just 45mins from the Sydney CBD. Now it's your daughter's for the weekend.
