The context window isn't a box you fill and hope. This workshop takes it apart, how attention actually works over a sequence, why ordering matters, and why quality drops long before the token limit.
Then agents, where context becomes state: what accumulates across tool calls and turns, what to compact, discard, or move to external memory, and why long-running agents fail in predictable ways.
Hands-on. You'll inspect real context and diagnose failures instead of guessing at prompt wording.
For developers building with LLMs or agents. Bring a laptop; some Python helps.
