Be Wrong Faster: A Founder's Guide to Early Product Design

About the Event

Most founders think the answer is one more feature. It never is.

The real work of early product design isn't about what to build — it's about learning fast enough to stop building the wrong thing. That means shipping before you feel ready, getting real signal from 50 committed users instead of chasing 500 passive ones, and positioning your product so everything else on the market feels like a compromise.

Join us for a hands-on session with Chaz Mee, VP of Product at Keep Labs, as he walks through his approach to early product design — drawn from 20+ years building products for some of the world's biggest brands and his current work leading AI product at one of healthtech's most ambitious startups. You'll hear how he thinks about MVPs (and why most founders are using the concept backwards), how to know when you actually have enough to ship, and why being wrong quickly is the whole point.

Expect real frameworks, early design iterations, and the kind of direct product thinking that only comes from doing it the hard way.

👉 This is a live in-person session at Cremorne Digital Hub, open to the public. Come ready to ask the questions you've been putting off.

About Chaz Mee

Chaz Mee is VP of Product at Keep Labs, where he leads product and patient experience for one of healthtech's most ambitious AI platforms. He recently led the creation and launch of Kai by KEEP — a multi-agentic AI coaching platform for patients with rare diseases.

Before Keep Labs, Chaz spent 20+ years building digital product and experience systems for global brands including Nike, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Samsung, and P&G. He was the first Head of Product at Equinox, where he built the function from scratch and led a team of 20+ to help shift the brand from a $100M fitness company toward a $4B wellness play. He also designed and taught General Assembly's Product Management & Strategy immersive in New York — achieving an NPS of 100 across both semesters taught.

About Keep Labs

Keep Labs is a patient intelligence platform built for pharma. Their system — combining Kai, a conversational AI health coach, with passive in-home behavioural tracking — captures the lived experience of patients with rare and complex diseases in real time, and turns it into actionable intelligence for pharmaceutical brand teams.

Where traditional research tools reconstruct the patient experience after the fact, KEEP is present in the home as it happens. The platform currently maps 4M+ patients across rare and specialty disease areas, with 85%+ weekly active use and 50,000+ patient conversations and growing.
