Sweat first, scale later — App Owners Workout
Most conferences start with coffee and a lanyard. This one starts with a treadmill.
Join Scalebay and RevenueCat for a private group session at Barry's Chelsea during New York App Week: 50 minutes of high-intensity intervals, then a relaxed breakfast a few steps from the studio with the people who actually run apps for a living: founders, heads of growth, product and monetization leads.
No panels, no pitches. Just 20-40 app owners, one red room, and a proper conversation over eggs and coffee about what's working in 2026: subscriptions, paywalls, paid acquisition, retention, and how to grow an app profitably instead of just loudly.
How the morning runs
8:15 AM — Arrive at Barry's Chelsea, check in, grab your water
8:30 AM — 50-minute Barry's class (treadmill + floor, all levels welcome, scale it to your pace)
9:30 AM — Shower, change, walk over to breakfast
9:45 – 10:30 AM — Networking breakfast [venue TBC, walking distance from the studio]
What to expect
A reserved Barry's class for our group only, with towels, water and a welcome lightbox waiting for you
Breakfast on us, real conversations with peers building and scaling apps
Enough time to shower and be at your first App Week session or anywhere you need to be by 11
Who it's for
App founders, CEOs, growth and monetization leads. Spots are capped at 20 so the breakfast stays a conversation, not a crowd. Approval is manual — tell us what you're building when you register.
Bring
Workout gear and trainers. Barry's has showers, towels and lockers, so you can go straight to your next meeting.
Hosted by
Scalebay — the mobile growth agency behind 70+ apps and €2M+ in monthly ad spend. We run paid UA and ASO together and price every euro of spend against real LTV, so our clients know true CAC and payback before they scale. Most agencies optimise for installs. We optimise for profitability.
