Use the “Contact the Host” button on the event page or reply to your registration confirmation email. Please include your name, the event name, and the email you registered with. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

If you’re inside the non-refundable window, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a colleague. Just send us their name and email before the event.

If we cancel the event, all registered guests will receive a full refund.
