Funding Labs: Pitch Session
About the Event
We're back with the next edition of Funding Labs, Venture Dock's fundraising program built to get members capital-ready before they're actually raising.
This session continues what we started in our first Funding Labs: private, small-group time with real investors, where members get direct access and honest feedback on their fundraising, not generic advice, but specific input from people who've actually written checks.
Murali Chirala, General Partner at FalconX Ventures, and members of the Venture Dock investment team will be back for this installment, continuing to help founders close the gaps in their story, their numbers, and their ask before they're in front of investors for real.
Investor
Murali Chirala
General Partner & Co-Founder, FalconX Venture
Investor • Advisor • Product & Fintech Leader
Murali invests in early-stage companies and works closely with founders as they navigate growth and fundraising. He'll be joined by members of the investment team to bring a range of perspectives and practical feedback throughout the session.
He was the founding architect of India's Aadhaar financial inclusion and payments platform, one of the largest fintech systems ever deployed, and now works closely with startups disrupting payments, fraud, compliance, security, and enterprise infrastructure.
At Venture Dock, Murali helps founders identify what truly builds investor conviction, separating real signal from noise. He'll bring that same lens to Monday's session, pushing on what actually matters to investors versus what just sounds good in a deck.

About Funding Labs
Funding Labs is Venture Dock's fundraising program for members - built to get you capital - ready before you're actually raising. It runs monthly and shows up in different formats: pitch practice, investor roundtables, AMAs, and fireside chats with people who've actually written checks.
This Monday is our first session, and it's Pitch Practice - private time with investors to stress-test your pitch. Future months might mean sitting in on an AMA with a VC, or a roundtable working through your cap table with other founders in the room.
The through-line: practice your story, your numbers, and your ask in front of investors before you're in a real fundraise, so by the time you are, none of it feels new.
