​Technology leaders make strategic bets every year. Boards and business leaders judge those bets on different terms. This 2.5-hour working session is about closing that gap.

​Hosted and facilitated by Ram Balanagu, E³ Founding Member and the Co-founder of Dallas CTO Club, the session uses his enterprise value map to connect your strategic bets to the four drivers boards and business leaders care about most: revenue growth, margin, asset efficiency and expectations.

​How it works
Before the session, you’ll complete a short pre-work survey. You’ll pick one of your strategic bets and guess how your board sees it. We open the evening by comparing those guesses across the table, then work through how to build an operating model that turns strategy into execution the business can see and measure.

​Who’s in the room
A small group of 8 to 10 senior technology leaders. Seats are limited and attendance is by invitation.

Chatham House Rule applies in the room. Your pre-work answers stay with the host and E³.

5:00 to 5:30 PM: Welcome drinks
5:30 to 7:30 PM: Roundtable discussion
7:30 PM onward: Cocktails and snacks
