The Olympian Academy High Performance Family Workshop
The Olympian Academy High Performance Family Workshop is more than another family event. It is a powerful, two-hour live experience where parents and young people come together to turn pressure into confidence, resilience and stronger connection.
Led by a three-time Olympian, Josiah Ng, the workshop brings families closer to the mindset, stories and practical tools behind high performance; not only in sport, but also in school, relationships, family life and the moments that shape who young people become.
Through honest Olympian lessons, guided parent-child activities, meaningful conversations and practical reflection tools, families will learn how to understand pressure, strengthen trust and support one another more effectively.

An informal and honest conversation where families can ask questions and learn directly from the experiences of an Olympian and experts.
The workshop is designed for parents and young people aged 10–18 to attend and participate together.
