The Olympian Academy

We understand that plans can change. To protect the quality of the experience for every participating family, tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Tickets are assigned to families to help ensure the right community, learning environment and overall event experience.

If you are unable to attend, you may choose one of the following options:

You may transfer your ticket to another parent and teen family at no additional cost by contacting Olympian Academy before the event date.

You may convert your ticket into credit towards a future Olympian Academy event, subject to availability. Credit must be redeemed within 12 months of the original event date.

Tickets that are unused due to non-attendance without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund, transfer or credit.

In the unlikely event that Olympian Academy cancels an event, participants may choose either:

• Transfer of their ticket to a future Olympian Academy experience.
