🎤 The Talk – “Patterns of Trust”
Quality is built by people — not just processes.
In this session, Maria “Majo” Castillo will explore how trust becomes the invisible framework behind every successful project. Great QAs don’t just find bugs — they recognize the human patterns that shape quality:
• How we listen
• How we communicate
• How we question
• How we respond to uncertainty
When we nurture these patterns, testing becomes connection, feedback becomes growth, and collaboration evolves into shared leadership.
