Cursor Kigali Hackathon June 2026
Build Rwanda with Cursor
Join developers, students, designers, founders, and technology enthusiasts for a full day of building, collaboration, and innovation.
The Cursor Kigali Hackathon 2026 is a community-driven hackathon organized by the Cursor Rwanda Community, bringing together builders from different backgrounds to create practical solutions to real-world challenges using modern AI-powered development tools.
Whether you're an experienced developer, a student exploring new technologies, a designer, or a founder with an idea, this event is an opportunity to meet other builders, form a team, learn from mentors, and turn ideas into working prototypes.
Throughout the day, teams will collaborate to design and build solutions within selected challenge tracks, present their work to judges, and connect with fellow innovators from Rwanda's growing technology ecosystem.
