CUTC Montréal 2026: TRANSFORM
250 students. One day. Some of the most influential people in tech.
On October 3, CUTC is bringing together 250 of Canada's most ambitious students, builders, researchers, designers, and future founders for a day in Montréal.
Not 5,000 people in a convention centre. Not hours of corporate panels.
Just a really cracked room of people you probably want to meet.
🎤 Speakers
Harley Finkelstein, President, Shopify
Tim Bray, Co-author of XML, former VP at Amazon, Co-founder of OpenText
Frank Tompa, Professor Emeritus, University of Waterloo + Co-founder of OpenText
Dr. Marily Nika, AI Product Leader & Educator
and more to be announced.
What happens at CUTC?
Talks and conversations with people who've shaped technology.
Small-group sessions and workshops where you actually participate.
Students building companies, doing research, shipping side projects, and figuring out what comes next.
And plenty we're not announcing yet :)
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
You don't need to have founded a startup or worked at a big tech company. We're looking for people who are curious, ambitious, and genuinely excited about building the future of technology.
