Postpartum Strength and Conditioning workout: Join us for bodyweight, cardio, and functional movements - simple and effective.
The only equipment you'll need is a yoga mat.
NOTE:
Class fee is $25 per person, babies are always free and welcome. Note: this is a class for adults, if a caregiver brings a baby/child to the class - it is their responsibility to ensure their safety and comfort.
We currently accept Venmo (@Anastasiya-Rutus). Payments are non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to another MOM session this season—or gift it to a fellow mom—if you email us ([email protected]) at least 24 hours in advance of the class.
Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows help us cover instructor time and cannot be transferred. You are always welcome to drop in.
