Overview
Over the course of 4 weeks, you’ll craft an AI transformation plan tailored to your organization—from defining your company’s AI strategy to building a rollout roadmap with governance and change management in mind. Each session combines strategic frameworks, real-world case studies, and peer discussion to help you confidently lead AI adoption at the executive level.

Week 1: AI Strategy – What Should Your Company Do?

Define your company’s approach to AI. Learn how to align your AI investments with business goals, assess risks, and frame a strategy that earns executive buy-in.
Week 2: Identifying AI Opportunities + Case Studies
Date: Thursday, November 6 · 12–1pm ET
Learn how to continuously uncover and prioritize AI opportunities across departments. We’ll study examples from real companies and give you a reusable opportunity-mapping framework.
Week 3: Roll Out AI Successfully – Driving Culture & Adoption with Good Governance
Date: Thursday, November 13 · 12–1pm ET
Go beyond pilots. Discover how to roll out AI responsibly—balancing innovation with oversight, and building a culture that embraces change.
Week 4: Capstone – Build Your Company’s AI Plan
Date: Thursday, November 20 · 12–1pm ET
In this final session, you’ll synthesize your learnings into a comprehensive AI plan, ready to present to your CEO or leadership team.
