About Event
Cassie Fisher Patterson is a Djadjawurrung artist and educator of the Kulin Nation.
Cassie has been leading workshops and presentations for over 30 years - sharing the importance of existing sustainably and teaching how to care for Country.
In this workshop, Cassie curates her own array of bush spices and shares with participants how they can be utilised, and explores the history and diverse properties of our native ingredients and her connection to them.
As part of this experience you will also be invited to experience Julaymba, a VR walkthrough by Phoria.IO featuring Uncle Richard Burchill. All profits from this event go towards supporting Jabalbina Yalanji Aboriginal Corporation and their green economy projects.
