​They introduce a new abstraction: agents that operate inside real computing environments, integrate fragmented, file-based context, connect weak signals, and continuously propose and validate the next best action. This is not just another tool, it’s a new foundation for how knowledge work can be organized.

​In this talk, I demonstrate how I’ve repurposed a coding agent into a terminal-based CRM that turns unstructured human notes into evolving relationship models. I then generalize this pattern to show how the same approach can reshape workflows across sales, support, research, and operations.
