How about locking some time in your diary to work on your writing project, start something new or get creative with our writing activities? Free of digital distractions, this writing party is your time to unwind from the daily buzz, find your flow and meet fellow writers.
Whether you're deep into a project, starting out or just want to give some creative writing a try, this event is for you!
What To Expect
📖 Peaceful (me-)time - to journal, sketch, handwrite some new scenes or explore fresh ideas
🤝 Genuine connection - The chance to meet and connect with like-minded writers - no rush, no pressure, no notifications
✍️ Free-write (optional) - An instructor led activity to explore new ideas and inspiration
🫖 Community vibes - calming background music, and a welcoming atmosphere
📵 Phone-free - valuable time offline that leaves you feeling rested and fulfilled

21:00 - 21:15 | Round-up and goodbye

This is your time to sit back and enjoy uninterrupted writing time. Slow down, recharge and feel the magic of writing in shared silence. Bring a journal or notebook to sketch out new ideas, work through that troubling scene or edit your WIP. Want to try something new? We'll have some writing prompts to hand! Since this is a screen-free event, no laptops please, just notebooks/printed material.

Chat & connect with others, but only if you feel like it. This is the time to meet new people, discuss your writing, and enjoy meaningful conversations. We create laid-back spaces where talking to strangers is the norm and connection is made easy. Feel free to come solo, or with friends.
