Circuit Launch Brew Review # 1: Open-World Physical AI Powered By Nebius
Beer Review is a Friday-night reading group with robots on the floor and a drink in your hand.
Every two to three weeks, Circuit Launch and Nebius pick one paper worth arguing about, put real hardware in the room, and open the bar at four. The paper block runs about ninety minutes with interruptions encouraged. Then the demos come out — whatever we've been discussing in the abstract, someone is running on an actual robot ten feet away. Then everyone stays until nine and the real conversations start.
Open to the public. You don't need to be a Circuit Launch member to come — but members get priority when a night fills up, so RSVP early if you're not one.
Nights alternate between our Oakland and Mountain View floors — check the venue on each event before you drive.

The premise is simple: one paper, real hardware, and a bar that has been open since four. Every two to three weeks, Circuit Launch and Nebius put a piece of Physical AI research in front of a room that will argue with it, and then put a robot next to it.
For the first night, Nebius takes the floor with the work they've been doing on AGIBot hardware — GR00T and Sonic deployments, running live rather than described in slides. Open-world generalization is the theme: what happens when a policy trained somewhere else meets a room it has never seen.
