These mini sessions offer an introduction to my approach—blending hands-on somatic bodywork, Energy Healing Facilitation, sound therapy, and intuitive guidance to support how the system adapts under pressure, performance, leadership, and life.
This work is not about fixing.
It’s about recognizing the patterns that have become automatic—tension, bracing, breath restriction, postural compensation, over-effort, and protective responses—and creating the conditions for greater ease, awareness, and internal coherence.
As those patterns begin to shift, many notice clearer thinking, easier breathing, freer movement, and a greater capacity to stay present, regulated, and responsive as life asks more.
