How the morning runs
9:00 Doors open, coffee, find your people
9:15 Demos: 5 minutes per project, then "what I need next"
10:15 Build time: work on your blocker, grab a mentor, help someone else
12:00 Quick round of "here is what I built", then we wrap
Who it's for
Founders and builders who already ship with AI tools. Any stack, any tool. If you have something live (or almost live), you're in the right room.

Your 5 minutes, kept simple: who is it for, what problem does it solve, how is it different, and what do you need next (a user, an intro, a code review, a cofounder).
