​Alexandra Gantier-Hochart

​Alexandra Gantier-Hochart, J.D., M.P.A., is the Co-Founder of The Poderosas and President of Women Advancing Equity, an Illinois nonprofit dedicated to advancing women in leadership through mentorship, research, and community events. She brings over 15 years of experience in global public relations and strategic communications. Alexandra has advised organizations in Paris and Chicago, shaping initiatives that elevate diverse talent and foster equitable workplaces. She is also a PhD candidate and researcher in leadership at TSM Business School in France, committed to addressing structural barriers to women’s advancement.

​Sabrina Derian Matthews

​Sabrina Derian Matthews is a French fashion stylist, photographer, and certified sophrologist based in Chicago, with an international career spanning Europe and the United States. She began her career in the modeling industry, working extensively in France and Germany, before stepping into a leadership role as Agency Manager at Elite Model Management in France. In this role, she oversaw talent development, led international placements, and managed the agency’s operations. With a deep understanding of image, posture, and influenced by her French heritage, her work embodies elegance and authenticity. She specializes in helping women rediscover their confidence and self-worth through a combination of styling, photography, and mindful practices. By integrating her background in sophrology, she offers a unique experience that connects outer image with inner well-being. Her mission is to help women feel at ease in their bodies and in harmony from the inside out.

​The Poderosas is a nonprofit initiative supporting women’s leadership through mentorship, community, and professional development. Through structured programming, networking, and access to resources, The Poderosas supports Hispanic women in advancing their careers and leadership pathways.
