We have a strict 'Start Together, Finish Together' policy. We gather at 12:00 PM sharp to ensure every founder at the table gets the floor, and we wrap by 2:00 PM so you can get back to building.

The Build: What you are currently scaling.
The Need: One specific area where you need a lead, a hire, or an intro.
The Give: One resource, connection, or expertise you can offer the room.
