Product Leaders Roundtable | Mumbai
Most leadership events are designed for audiences, not participants. You sit, you listen, you leave with a stack of slides you'll never open.
This roundtable is different.
Fifteen people. Two hours. No speakers, no panels, no job titles on name tags. Just a highly curated room of founders, CPOs, and CXOs working through the same hard questions about AI, team scaling, and what it actually means to lead product in 2026.
Discussion threads:
AI-native product building — what it actually changes about how you prioritize, spec, and ship
Scaling teams in 2026 — hiring, culture, org design when AI is doing part of the work
GTM evolution — how go-to-market changes when product velocity doubles
The honesty question — what isn't working yet, and why most AI implementations quietly stall
Building enduring communities and ecosystems as a product strategy, not a side project
Format:
Two hours, one room, no slides
30-second intros with a one-word AI check-in maps the room in 5 minutes flat
Open roundtable conversation no speaker-audience dynamic, everyone is in it
Closes with each person sharing one thing they're taking back to their team
Who belongs in this room:
Product leaders managing teams or roadmaps in fast-moving orgs
Founders navigating the product and GTM gap at early to growth stage
CXOs and operators who want honest peer conversation, not a pitch deck
Investors who prefer listening to talking
Seats are limited to 15 and curated. Venue details shared only after your registration is confirmed.
