An entrepreneur turned ecosystem builder, now leading partnerships and ecosystem development at e-Residency of Estonia. After starting her career in sales and management, she spent a decade building and scaling tourism ventures—including the travel app Like A Local, which grew to 500k monthly users and raised €500k.
Drawing on firsthand founder experience, including navigating growth, burnout, and market shocks, Ülane now works closely with startups and SMEs to support global expansion—helping entrepreneurs build and run borderless EU-based companies through Estonia’s digital-first ecosystem.
Dave Bullock, Head of Marketing and Communications, Republic of Estonia E-Residency -
An early joiner to Estonian-founded unicorns Wise and Pipedrive and having directly participated in three acquisitions, Dave is a true veteran of the Estonian startup scene. As Head of Marketing and Communications at e-Residency, he is now responsible for spreading the word internationally of the opportunities he has experienced first hand in the world's most digital nation.
Originally from a village in the Cotswolds, he moved to Estonia as a student and has (almost) never left. Having truly experienced what Estonia has to offer first hand, but with his UK roots always at heart, Dave is is truly an expert on the benefits living, working, and doing business in Estonia can bring.
