About Event

A free webinar for entrepreneurs ready to build businesses that thrive by design – and curious about a work residency in Transylvania

You Know Something Needs to Change

As an entrepreneur, you've probably felt it:

  • The tension between the business model that "works" and the values you actually hold.

  • The exhaustion of growth-at-all-costs when you know the planet can't sustain it.

  • The isolation of building alone when collaboration feels more natural.

  • The nagging sense that your business could be part of the solution—but you don't have the frameworks or support to make it real.

Traditional sustainability feels like damage control. CSR reports, carbon offsets, "doing less harm." Important, yes. But also… far from enough.

What if there was a different way?

What If Your Business Could Regenerate by Design?

What if your business could—by design—contribute to the wellbeing of your region, its communities, and nature... while strengthening your bottom line?

What if:

  • Your value chains worked like forest ecosystems—circular, resilient, regenerative?

  • Your product design was inspired by nature's 3.8 billion years of innovation?

  • Your market development happened through authentic community building and smart regional collaboration?

This isn't fantasy. It's regenerative entrepreneurship. And Transylvania—with its rich biodiversity, living cultural traditions, and emerging community of pioneering entrepreneurs—has the potential to become a lighthouse bioregion for this approach in Europe.

Introducing Regenerative Tracks

Regenerative Futures Transylvania is launching Regenerative Tracks—a customizable learning programme (1 week to 3 months) combining business development, regional partnerships, and deep immersion in Transylvania's nature and culture at Cobana in Zărnești.

This isn't about "sustainability compliance." It's about designing win-win-wins for people, planet, and your business—building companies that can thrive for generations because they strengthen rather than deplete the ecosystems they depend on.

This Webinar Is For You If:

✓ You want to step back and ask: What role do I want to play in creating a thriving future?
✓ You seek inspiration for developing your business in ways that serve the places and communities you're part of
✓ You feel the call for greater alignment between your inner truth and what you offer through your work
✓ You need customized support in business model innovation, product development, and market strategy
✓ You sense this isn't a lonely journey, but one that's co-created

This Is About Systems, Not Solo Heroics

Building regenerative futures isn't solo work. It requires synergies — ecosystems of entrepreneurs, artisans, farmers, cultural practitioners, and community builders working together.

The Regenerative Tracks programme connects you to:

  • Regional partners: farmers, producers, artisans who can become suppliers or collaborators

  • Business mentors: experienced regenerative entrepreneurs who've walked this path

  • Proven frameworks: 8 Forms of Capital, Business Model Canvas, ecosystem mapping

  • Ancient wisdom: Transylvanian mythology, traditional knowledge, seasonal rhythms

  • Lifetime community: ongoing access to the RFT ecosystem long after your residency

About Your Host

Jean-Philippe Steeger is co-founder of Regenerative Futures Transylvania and founder of the Perspectivist agency and re:storied living lab. He's a leadership consultant, business strategist, and creative practitioner who has spent the past decade helping entrepreneurs and executives integrate purpose with practice.

JP's work weaves between ancient wisdom and modern science, between mythology and business frameworks, between inner transformation and outer strategy. He's developed training programmes for hundreds of leaders across Europe, asking: How do we build businesses and lives that regenerate rather than deplete?

His journey to Transylvania began as a rediscovering and reconnection to his family lineage — learning to listen to land, to stories, to the wisdom that has survived in these mountains. He approaches this work not as an expert but as someone committed to remembering alongside others what it means to be in right relationship with place.

JP holds degrees in political science and has worked in EU policy, sustainability consulting, and organizational development before founding his own regenerative practice. He's currently based between Paris and Transylvania, spending increasing time in the Carpathians as RFT grows.
