The Scary Jar: Come Get Shit Done

​Often, it is fear that stands between us and the work we most want to do. Which is why each month, we gather around our virtual "scary jar" and to get some scary shit done.

​The goal? To end the hour having gotten one scary thing done that we can put in that damn jar.

​It's accountability hour — but done in a way that only coaches can pull off :)

​Here's how it works.

• ​We share out loud with the group that one scary thing we want to do today — and let out ALLLL the feelings that come up (release that tension!!)

• ​We put our heads down and work on our scary things

• ​We end by putting that item in our virtual scary jar and celebrating our aliveness

​So bring in that email you've been hesitating to send, an invite you've been hesitating to write, a writing piece you're overthinking, etc. and come get that scary thing done.
