About Event

Most operators have heard AI will change everything. Most still don't know where to start, what to spend money on, or what actually works on Monday morning.

This is the workshop I wish existed when I started using AI in my own distribution business. Four 75-minute live sessions, one every Tuesday for four weeks. You leave each session with one specific operational task — drafting customer emails, triaging your inbox, extracting data from documents, analyzing where money is leaking — that AI can take off your plate that same week.

No theory. No "AI strategy." Live demos using Claude (the chat app) on real ops problems. You watch me do it. Then you do it yourself between sessions and bring questions to the next one.

What you'll learn

Session 1 — Get Claude Working for You — Tuesday July 7, 2026 — 4pm PT / 7pm ET A plain-English orientation on what an LLM is and the three tools you've heard about (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) — what each is good at and why this workshop uses Claude. Then we set up Claude Desktop together, cover the basics of writing a prompt that actually works (with an image-generation demo showing a vague prompt versus a well-structured one, side by side, for visual proof). We finish with a live first win — drafting a real customer chase letter together, with iteration so you see weak versus strong prompts in action.

Session 2 — Claude in Your Inbox — Tuesday July 14, 2026 — 4pm PT / 7pm ET A quick look at the paste-versus-connector tradeoff, then we put Claude to work on your inbox. Live demo: paste 5 to 10 real customer emails into Claude, triage them by urgency, draft replies for the simple ones, and iterate prompts to handle edge cases like angry customers and misrouted vendor invoices. We also walk through connecting Claude directly to Outlook or Gmail so you can skip the paste step entirely.

Session 3 — Documents → Data → Books — Tuesday July 21, 2026 — 4pm PT / 7pm ET How Claude reads documents and images. Then we snap a vendor bill or shipping doc, extract the line items, and format them for QuickBooks. The "I cannot believe this just worked" session.

Session 4 — Analyze Like a CFO — Tuesday July 28, 2026 — 4pm PT / 7pm ET Three weeks in, you have used Claude on real work. Now we run the same analysis task in Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini side by side to see how each one actually performs on owner-level work — not theory, real outputs. Then we paste a real AR aging report, P&L, and customer list to generate a chase priority list, margin analysis by job type, and upsell candidates ranked. You walk away with a weekly briefing prompt you can run every Monday on your own business data.

Who this is for

— Owner-operators running $1M–$15M in trades, field services, distribution, or professional services — You have heard about AI but haven't found a course that speaks to your business — You have one or two recurring tasks you would give up tomorrow if you could — You want to learn from someone who actually ran the kind of business you're running, not a consultant who has read about it

Who this is not for

— Pre-revenue startups or solopreneurs under $1M — Tech-native founders who already use AI daily — Anyone looking for theoretical or strategic "future of AI" content

About your instructor

I'm Nadeem Jamal. I ran distribution businesses for over a decade before founding BlueBerry Tech and Growth Fusion in Canada. I built the Operations X-Ray audit tool used by Canadian SMBs to find their operational leaks, and I have shipped AI workflows for trades, distribution, and restaurant clients across the $1M–$15M range.

I am teaching this course because owners keep telling me the same thing: "I know I should use AI, but I don't know where to start."

This is where to start.
