🎤 JP Biard - LegalOn Technologies | Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Governance Solutions
JP is Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Governance Solutions at LegalOn Technologies, a global leader in Legal AI and Governance AI. LegalOn is a pioneer in AI-powered contract review and one of the most widely adopted and fastest-growing LegalTech companies globally. It was the first AI company from Japan to reach 10Bn JPY (approx. $70M) in ARR and is the most global Japanese AI or SaaS company in terms of revenue and international footprint.
JP brings over 20 years of experience across AI, SaaS, financial services, and international markets, with a proven track record in strategy, innovation, business development, sales, transformation, and governance. He is a frequent speaker on AI and innovation and a strong advocate for building “Global Champions from Japan.”
Prior to joining LegalOn, JP held senior leadership roles at Lehman Brothers and BNP Paribas, working across global markets and complex international initiatives. He holds an MBA from McGill University.

A social impact leader, mentor, and spiritual changemaker devoted to shaping a future that truly serves children, youth, and women. With decades of lived experience across leadership, community work, and inner inquiry, I strive to bridge the worlds of purpose and practice with clarity and compassion. I have been involved with initiatives focused on youth and women’s empowerment, regenerative community building, and values-based leadership. My work emphasizes long-term transformation—restoring dignity to caregiving, re-centering women as nurturers and leaders, and supporting young people to build lives that excite them rather than confine them. Guided by the belief that the world changes through clarity, openness, integrity, compassion, and joy, I endeavor to bring a grounded, heart-led approach to everything I do. My spiritual journey—including a deeply formative pilgrimage to Mount Kailash—continues to inform my inquiry into identity, service, and conscious living. At this stage of my life, I see myself not as slowing down, but as stepping into custodianship—holding space, sharing wisdom, and helping the next generation lead with courage, humility, and care.
🎤 Hsieh Nicole - Global Women Impact
Nicole Hsieh, co-founder of Global Women Impact (GWI)—a learning movement dedicated to building thoughtful space for women to explore purpose, perspective, and growth. Prior to GWI, I gained experience in business development, cross-brand collaboration, and strategic community engagement, working with international partners and diverse teams to bridge ideas and drive impact. My work has always been driven by a simple belief: that meaningful growth begins with clarity of purpose and connection. This belief led to the creation of GWI, where we curate conversations, gatherings, and global voices to make space for women’s experiences and stories to surface and shape new possibilities. Through GWI, I aim to support women in navigating transitions with depth, curiosity, and confidence—whether through dialogue, shared reflections, or immersive online workshops and events that encourage both self-understanding and collective insight.

JPは、LegalOn Technologies にてチーフストラテジーオフィサーおよびガバナンスソリューション部門の責任者を務めています。LegalOn はリーガルAI・ガバナンスAIのグローバルリーダーであり、AI契約レビュー分野のパイオニアとして、世界で最も広く採用され、急成長しているリーガルテック企業の一つです。日本発のAI企業として初めて ARR 100億円（約7,000万ドル）を達成し、売上規模・国際展開ともに日本のAI/SaaS企業の中で最もグローバルな存在です。
JPは、AI、SaaS、金融サービス、国際市場など幅広い領域で20年以上の経験を持ち、戦略、イノベーション、事業開発、営業、トランスフォーメーション、ガバナンスにおいて豊富な実績を有しています。AIとイノベーションに関する講演も多く、「日本から世界的なチャンピオン企業をつくる」ことを強く提唱しています。
LegalOn に参画する以前は、リーマン・ブラザーズおよび BNPパリバにてシニアリーダーシップを担い、グローバル市場および複雑な国際プロジェクトに従事しました。

私は、子ども・若者・女性の未来をより良い方向へ導くことを軸に、社会的インパクト創出に取り組んできたリーダーであり、メンターです。長年にわたる組織運営、コミュニティ形成、そして自己探求の経験を活かし、「目的」と「実践」を結びつける持続的な変革を支援しています。
これまで、若者・女性のエンパワーメント、再生型コミュニティの構築、価値観に基づくリーダーシップ開発など、多様なプロジェクトに関わってきました。私の関心は、短期的成果ではなく、組織や社会の長期的な変容にあります。ケア労働の価値を再定義し、女性をリーダーとして生かす仕組みを整え、若い世代が主体的で創造的なキャリアを築ける環境づくりを推進しています。
私のアプローチは、明晰な思考、開かれた対話、誠実さ、そして思いやりを重視するものです。これらは組織文化の変革、チームのウェルビーイング向上、リーダー育成において特に重要だと考えています。
また、カイラス山への巡礼をはじめとした私的探求の経験は、「リーダーシップとは何か」「どう社会に貢献するか」という視点をより広く、深いものへと導きました。
現在は、自らの経験と知見を次世代へつなぐCustodianship（継承と支援の役割）を重視し、組織やリーダーがより健全で持続可能な成長を実現できるよう、伴走者としてサポートしています。
🎤 Hsieh Nicole - Global Women Impact
Nicole Hsieh は、女性が自身の目的や視点、成長について考えるための場をつくる「Global Women Impact（GWI）」の共同創設者です。GWIを立ち上げる以前は、事業開発、ブランド間コラボレーション、コミュニティ戦略などに携わり、国際パートナーや多様なチームと協働しながら、アイデアをつなぎ、社会的インパクトを生み出す取り組みを行ってきました。
私の仕事の軸にあるのは、「意味ある成長は、明確な目的と人とのつながりから始まる」というシンプルな信念です。この考え方が GWI の設立につながりました。GWI では、女性たちの経験やストーリーが自然と表れ、新しい可能性を形づくるきっかけとなるよう、対話、集い、国内外の多様な声を丁寧に編み込んだプログラムを企画しています。
GWIを通じて私が目指しているのは、女性がキャリアや人生の転機を迎えるときに、深い理解・好奇心・自信をもって進んでいけるよう支援することです。対話や内省の共有、オンラインワークショップやイベントなどを通じて、個人の理解と集団としての洞察が同時に深まる場を提供しています。
