Every quarter brings a new theme, a new workout, the hottest instructors in the city, brands you'll want in your life, and speakers who won't just inspire you - they'll give you something real to take home and act on.
Our first event kicks off April 18th at theWit Hotel.
We're starting the morning with beat-driven Pilates led by Erin Schirack - founder of High Society and certified instructor because there's no better way to walk into a room than already feeling like yourself at full volume.
From there, we move into a curated conversation centered around one theme: Brand Refresh.
