On Wednesday, October 8 at 7:30pm, we have reserved a private room at 818 The Seafood in Tsim Sha Tsui — a classic Maxim’s Chinese restaurant with a modern edge.
This is a sit-down dinner with thoughtfully paired vintage whiskys and a curated Cantonese menu.

🥃 Menu: Private multi-course dinner + ~3 bottles of aged whisky (with no corkage)
💰 Cost: Free for Altea members, $99 for non-members (or join Altea for $99)

A friend of Altea has arranged the menu directly with the head chef, and the vibe will be private and elevated — but still conversational and low-key.
