About Event

Training. Relationships. Longevity.

Strong social relationships are one of the most powerful predictors of a long and high-quality life.

Warsaw Longevity Club was created from a simple idea:
to build health and community through shared experience — repeated over time.

This is a purely social and self-development initiative.
No business agenda. No sales.
Just movement, conversation, and people who want to live and perform better — for years to come.


Part I — Training

The session will follow a structure inspired by the F45 format — a small-group circuit-style workout.

In practice:

  • several stations with functional exercises

  • work performed for a set amount of time

  • rotation between stations

  • a focus on volume and quality of movement

This is a training session built around controlled intensity and functional movement patterns.

The goal is not to “crush” anyone.
The goal is to deliver a complete, evidence-based training session that can be repeated and progressively developed over time.

At the end:
10 minutes of structured mobility work — often overlooked, yet essential in a longevity-focused approach.

The format offers full flexibility in intensity.
Everyone can adjust load, tempo, and range of motion to their level.
We train together — but each person works at their own capacity.

Group size: maximum 15 people.


Part II — Shared Lunch & Conversation

After the workout, we go for lunch together.

No formal agenda.
No presentations.
No slides.

Main topic of the first meeting:

Training planning and periodization in the context of longevity

We will discuss:

  • how to build fitness for decades, not just for a season

  • how to intelligently combine strength, cardio, and recovery

  • how to train hard enough — but not too hard

  • how to avoid overtraining and “longevity overkill”

Content alone does not build lasting communities.
Shared experience — repeated over time — does.

Or Hever

Or Hever is a physiotherapist and strength coach with 17+ years of clinical and performance experience. He is the founder of EVOLVE Health Hub in Warsaw, a clinic-led longevity and medical exercise space built around Fitness Age testing, functional diagnostics, and evidence-based training.

​His work sits at the intersection of clinical assessment, movement quality, and long-term health performance. He designs programs for individuals, corporate groups, and athletes who want to train with precision, not just effort.


Michał Szymański

Michał Szymański is a technology entrepreneur and the creator of Longevity Protocols. He is the co-founder of MDBootstrap and CogniVis AI, building products at the intersection of technology, systems thinking, and real-world impact.

Recognized in the Forbes “30 Under 30” list and an active member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), he is an enthusiast of open-source projects and deeply fascinated by the intersection of technology, data, and longevity — asking how we can design life and health with the same precision used to design software.

He is the creator of Longevity-Protocols.com — a systems-based approach to building health through strong foundations, diagnostics, and long-term strategy.

In practice, he combines business, technology, and training. His own biological results reflect this approach: a DunedinPACE aging rate of 0.6 and biomarkers in the global top 1%.

Privately: dancer, nerd, and bookworm.
