About Event

Raising children is one of the most sacred and demanding journeys we can undertake. How can we navigate it while staying connected to our essential selves?

Our essential self is who we are at our core—beneath the cultural and societal conditioning, beyond the roles and responsibilities, outside of the masks we wear. She is our truth, our clarity, and our source of inner wisdom. The Essential Woman draws strength from an infinite intelligence. She is our divine connection to something greater than ourselves.

Join us for a workshop developed by graduate students — all mothers — at the Spirituality Mind Body Institute at Teacher's College, Columbia University.

This gathering offers research-based, soul-nourishing practices like meditation, expressive writing, and community connection —designed to help you feel less stressed and more supported in motherhood.

When you reconnect to your essential self, you’ll feel more connected: to yourself, your partner, your children, and your village.

You’ll walk away with more clarity, inner peace and joy, as well as a toolkit of practices to help you navigate many of the stresses of modern motherhood.

Event is first come, first served. Registration is limited to 15 to create an intimate, supportive experience.
