Overview: Journey work doesn’t usually fail because the method is wrong; it fails because the system around it holds it back.
In this talk, Rosanne will share how to avoid the “Journey Pilot Trap,” where small wins create momentum but stall without broader alignment.
We’ll explore how to use Systems Thinking and Network Mapping to uncover the real influencers, how to translate journey insights into business metrics leaders care about, and how to anticipate resistance by co-designing processes with stakeholders instead of imposing them.

About the guest speaker
Rosanne de Vos is a Senior Journey Management Coach at TheyDo.
Rosanne is based in Mexico City, Mexico.
She guides global organizations on the (sometimes bumpy) road to becoming truly customer-centric: bridging silos, cutting through complexity, and turning journeys into real business value. With experience on both the corporate and agency side, she knows firsthand how challenging the ride can be, but also how rewarding it can be when it clicks.
Rosanne is a driven entrepreneurial leader with 10 years of international experience in innovation, transformation, customer experience, and service design. Known for having a strategic mindset, pushing the boundaries of what is possible, and exploring new ways to get things done.
Previous jobs varied from improving customer experience, igniting (digital) innovation, generating new business models, transforming culture, and improving organizational efficiency.
Rosanne's passion is to help organizations become more customer-centric, agile, and innovative by applying human-centered design, lean startup, and data-driven methods. She has worked in various sectors (FMCG, airline, retail, energy, and financial services) and business disciplines (CX, innovation, marketing, operations, sales, and IT) in different cultures (Europe, the US, and LATAM).
She has also co-founded two ventures: A Kind of Growth, a platform for sustainable and purpose-driven entrepreneurs, and 10procent club, a network for young professionals who want to make a positive impact.
