How I Run My Agency with Claude Code
I spent the last five months reinventing my agency with AI at the center. I tested hundreds of tools, failed a lot, and eventually built something that actually works.
On June 17th, I'm going live for 30 minutes to show you exactly what I built.
This isn't a slide deck about AI. It's a live demo of the operating system that runs Gold Front - the agents, the dashboards, the morning report, the productized client tools. The real thing, running a real agency.
What We'll Cover
Why I went all in - What threatened Gold Front, what we tried, what flopped, and the two-phase build that made it click
The Gold Front OS, live - Architecture walkthrough, then a screenshare demo across 6 screens: the agents, folder structure, business dashboard, profitability dashboard, morning report, and the OYC client product
The honest scorecard - Early results: what's working, what's still buggy, and the number we're trending toward
What's next - A 4-week cohort for agency owners who want to build the same system themselves

Why This Matters
Most agencies aren't losing to AI because of talent. They're losing because their operations are still built for a world before AI showed up.
The agencies that figure this out in the next 12 months will run leaner, move faster, and do better work than the ones still piecing it together with a stack of disconnected tools.
This is 30 minutes. It's free. And it's the most honest version of this conversation you'll find.
FAQs
Do I need to know Claude Code to get value from this? No. This is a demo and an overview. You'll see how it works without needing to have touched it before.
What if I can't make it live? You'll get the recording. But showing up live is where you can ask questions.
How long is it really? 30 minutes of content. I'll stay on for questions after if people want to stick around.
Is this only for creative agencies? Any agency running 5–50 people can use what I'll show. Brand, marketing, design, PR, content. If you have clients, projects, and a team, the OS works.
Is this a sales pitch? Chapter 4 is a pitch for a cohort I'm running. The first three chapters are a live demo of a real system. You can decide if the cohort is for you — or not — after you've seen the work.
